Michael Mirelman
As one founder of GRE Capital, Michael brings over 16 years’ experience across investment banking, specialist lending and direct property investment.
As one founder of GRE Capital, Michael brings over 16 years’ experience across investment banking, specialist lending and direct property investment. He has originated, structured and executed hundreds of millions of pounds in real estate debt and equity, covering a broad range of asset classes and geographies.
Michael’s career has seen him deliver value through development cycles, complex restructurings and opportunistic acquisitions, giving him a strong understanding of both risk and reward. His expertise lies in bringing clarity and certainty to transactions, with an ability to balance investor objectives with borrower needs.

Daniel Benton
Daniel brings nearly two decades of UK real estate experience, having overseen more than £250 million of acquisitions and transactions.

Known for his pragmatic, results-driven approach, Daniel has built a reputation for structuring tailored funding solutions that deliver outcomes even in complex scenarios. He has worked with a wide network of private and institutional partners, developing trusted relationships and a strong track record of execution.
Daniel’s combination of market knowledge and deal discipline makes him a key driver of GRE Capital’s origination platform.
Andrew Daniel
Andrew is a Portfolio Manager at GRE Finance, with more than 20 years of experience in asset finance and commercial real estate lending.

Before joining GRE, Andrew spent four years at Recognise Bank, where he was responsible for a commercial loan portfolio and worked closely with borrowers, brokers, valuers, solicitors and funding partners.
He began his career at Siemens Financial Services and has worked with several early-stage and specialist lenders focused on supporting the SME market. Andrew holds a BSc in Psychology and a BA in Film & Media
Matthew Owen
As a Chartered Accountant, Matthew joins GRE Capital to lead financial strategy and strengthen investor engagement.
As a Chartered Accountant, Matthew joins GRE Capital to lead financial strategy and strengthen investor engagement. He brings technical rigour to ensure financial performance is accurately reported and optimised for long-term value.
With four years’ experience in Financial Services Audit at BDO UK, he provides the oversight needed to scale GRE Capital’s investment offering. He focuses on turning complex financial data into clear, actionable insights, while streamlining operations and enhancing investor reporting, from due diligence through to performance analysis, ensuring high standards of transparency and institutional-grade governance.
James Young
James joined GRE in 2025 and supports origination, structuring and execution of real estate deals across debt and equity.

His previous experience as a development analyst in South West London gave him a strong grounding in valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and investor reporting. James combines technical knowledge with a collaborative approach, working closely with clients and colleagues to ensure transactions are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
He holds an undergraduate degree in International Business, a postgraduate degree in Investment Management and successfully passed CFA Level I in 2024. His academic background and practical experience equip him to contribute to GRE’s growing portfolio.
Alex Duff
Alex joined GRE in 2025 and plays a key role in supporting origination and execution across the full investment lifecycle, from initial underwriting through to asset management.

He previously worked at YieldMe, where he advised on HMO portfolio investments, with responsibilities spanning deal sourcing, transaction analysis and portfolio performance. This experience developed his commercial acumen and provided a practical understanding of how value is created and sustained in residential real estate.
Alex holds an MSc in Finance & Investment and a BA (Hons) in Economics, Politics & International Relations, equipping him with both the technical skills and market insight to contribute to GRE’s success.

Josh joined GRE in 2026 and supports the structuring and execution of transactions across both debt and equity.

He previously worked as a Credit Analyst, where he gained experience in underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence across a range of lending opportunities.
Josh holds an undergraduate degree in Geography, providing him with a strong grounding in market dynamics and location-driven fundamentals. He brings a disciplined analytical approach and contributes to the effective delivery of transactions across the business.
Sasha Holland
Sasha is Operations Manager at GRE Capital, supporting the execution of real estate debt and overseeing the firm’s operational management.
Sasha is Operations Manager at GRE Capital, supporting the execution of real estate debt and overseeing the firm’s operational management. She brings nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate lending.
Before joining GRE Capital, she spent over two years at Recognise Bank, where she managed more than £100m of lending transactions. Her responsibilities included executing residential and commercial real estate lending for SMEs, as well as portfolio management.
She began her career at Handelsbanken, delivering a range of financial services to high-net-worth individuals and SMEs, before joining Europe Arab Bank, where she supported the origination and execution of residential real estate finance for MENA-based sponsors.
